The NotePager Net Monitor program (NPN Monitor) allows for real-time monitoring of the NotePager Net Server. It can be run on the NotePager Net server, or on any workstation that the server is able to communicate with via TCP/IP.
In order to use NPN Monitor, both the paging server and the monitoring workstation must have TCP/IP installed and operational. The two systems must be able to communicate with each other via TCP/IP (this can be verified by using the Windows ping utility). The workstation that NPN Monitor is to be run on must have a static IP address or host name.
