Configuration

In NPN Admin:
NotePager Net's Admin program is used to setup the IP address(s) or host name(s) for the workstation(s) that will run NPN Monitor

	1. Choose the 'Settings' object from under the 'Logging' object
	2. Check 'Enable NPN Monitor'
	3. Enter the TCP/IP port number you want to use (10101 by default) into the 'PG Monitor Port' field.
	4. Enter the IP address or host name of the workstation that is to run NPN Monitor into one of the 'PG Monitor Host' fields.
	5. Apply your changes
	***Note: is some cases if a bad IP address or host name is entered, the NotePager Net Server's performance may suffer.

In NPN Monitor
No initial settings are needed unless you are using a different TCP/IP port than the default (10101). To change the port number, choose 'Settings' from the 'File' menu.
